Shipping policy

Every item at TJM Creative Design is personalised and made to order, so please allow extra production time before your order is dispatched, in addition to delivery time.

Where we deliver
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

Postage
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order. We send parcels using Royal Mail, Evri, or InPost, depending on the item.

Tracking
Where tracking is available for your delivery method, we'll pass on your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
If your order is going to take longer than expected, we'll message you to let you know. If your parcel hasn't arrived and you're worried about it, get in touch and we'll chase it up for you.
